Six steps, six written records.
Everything built on a residential site follows the same sequence: Technical Review Committee review, referral to the City Council, public presentation of the plans, the Subsequent Developer Agreement the City grants, the Planning Board's own review and vote, and the memorializing resolution. Each step leaves paper. This table shows, for every site, which of those six records we have located in the archive — including records found inside City Council and Planning Board packets.
