How to stay informed
This site is the place to check for waterfront updates, and it is added to as things happen. Bookmark asburyparkotr.org and check back often.
You can also follow the process directly yourself. City Council, the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Parking Committee, and the Technical Review Committee all hold public meetings, and each covers a different piece of what happens on the waterfront. The city's Agenda Center posts each board's meeting packets, the documents members review, before every meeting.
Most of these meetings are also recorded and posted to APTV, Asbury Park's public TV station, on its YouTube channel. The Technical Review Committee is the one exception. Its meetings are open to attend in person but are not broadcast, as covered in the previous section.
